128mb SDRAM
GEFORCE 2 MX 400

WELL i think that the time of my older pc was finished, and i bougth a new pc:
MOTHERBOAR BIOSTAR 8866
P4 1.5GHZ
40GB HDD
256 SDRAM
GEFORCE 2 MX400 MSI

I CAN´T PLAY GTA3 BECAUSE THE GRAPHICS ARE SLOWLY AND FASTER, SLOWLY AND FASTER. SAME PROBLEM WIHT MAX PAINE AND VARIUS GAMES.
I THINK THAT THE PROBLEM IS THE FUCKING COMBINATION OF MOTHERBOAR AND MEMORY SDRAM SUCKS. ANY SUGESTION FOR UPGRADE CERTAIN PIECES OF MY MACHINE TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM: DDR? GF4? INTEL MOTHERBOARD? PLASE HELP ME

Bought SCII for GC

Just got it yesterday. The Nintendo controller is excellent (better than XBOX) for the game. Very responsive. I am kinda getting the hang of how to do the super moves in the game, but wtf is my problem, I was complaining to myself that the moves don't work sometimes. Then I remembered...DUMBASS! With Street Fighter and MK, all those beat em up games took WEEKS if not months to master the moves. I did not kick most peoples' asses in the arcades in SFII or in the dorms in College with MK2 overnight. It took me a couple of months to get the hang of it. And that's playing A LOT. I anticipate I'll be a fearsome opponent in SCII by say, Thanksgiving.

The GFX are excellent. Not as sharp as the XBOX (although when I saw it, it was displayed on a much better TV than mine, plus in composite video, versus my S-video output). The sound rocks. Nintendo high quality shit, as usual. I think this version better than PS2 version.

Oh, Link is really cool, but kinda unfair cuz he has PROJECTILE weapons that can hit you from way across the screen (arrows, bombs, and boomerang).

Ok at least for yours truly, GAWD have I had a bad year. Check this shit out:

Bought new 512MB memory module, turned out to be defective

Bought another one at a separate date from my bro's PC, ditto

Bro's video card was fried, got replacement

The REPLACEMENT is also defective! ARGH!

Had to format a Hard Drive, losing everything on it (not a huge deal, but still)

Lost my digicam in Chicago like a moron

Have had a HORRENDOUS August/Sept so far with my DSL connection

My Canon Scanner stopped working, hopefully it's under warranty still so I can fix it (I think it's not, this sux ballz)

My cat chewed on my Nintendo Gamecube controller wire while I was battling a boss in Metriod Prime and the controller doesn't work now. I had to go and buy wireless controllers

The coolest and most important game in the console universe, GTA: Vice City, was fucked up, it hung the game temporarily while playing, and stuff. This is very annoying, but thankfully not bad enough that I had to replace it.

Shall I go on?!!!
